Fellow Ranger enthusiasts I beseech thee.
Since I'm dropping a remanufactured Jasper engine into my truck after 256k miles, I've been looking for a few days no for a front left engine mount for my 2005 ranger edge 3.0 2WD with torsion bars... its been a nightmare.
AutoZone has the Duralast listed as in stock for only the passenger side, and I can't seem to find the driver side(left) anywhere. Can someone please tell me if the aftermarket has made that passenger side installable across the board
to be mounted for both sides now? On partsgeek.com the sales associate put two passenger side mounts in my cart when I asked for assistance in building a mounting kit (both front mounts and transmission mounting bracket).
Motorcraft P/N:
Left 5L5Z-6038-AA
Right 5L5Z-6038-AB
I found the left side on "getoemparts.com" under the motorcraft P/N but I'm not sure if that is a trusted supplier or site. I am leaning more towards going full aftermarket at this point but again its been a struggle to navigate with the confusion behind the left and right assembly substitution
