Does anyone know if the ebrake mechanism on a 97 ranger is the same as a 97 explorer?

I do not know if you should trust this interchange on ebay, but if you click on this link, and then plug in the ranger in the "confirm this fits", it says no. If you look lower down the page, it fits many years explorers, no rangers are listed.
