Mushy brake pedal

Hello, everyone.
My brake pedal sounds airy and mushy. The first few centimeters of movement it does not work but after that, it brakes just fine.
The front and rear brakes are new, and the hoses and the master cylinder is too.
When the engine is off the brakes work twice or so and then they become hard so I don’t think the booster is damaged.

I bleed the lines already, but perhaps I made it bad and that’s the problem?

Does anybody have an idea what the issue might be? Thanks

Adjust the rear brakes if you get no air.

A loose drum brake adjustment will make the pedal low.

To adjust Parking brakes(rear brakes)
Hold out the Parking brake Release handle
Pump the park brake pedal as much as needed so it no longer goes down passed a certain point, rear brakes are adjusted
You can not over tighten them

Engine off, Power brake assist should last 3 or 4 pedal presses before pedal gets hard, if you only get 2 presses then its almost time to change it, its leaking
Or if pedal is hard BEFORE you start the engine after it sat 6+ hours, its leaking

When you replaced the Master did you adjust the nut on the power booster's rod?
When adjusted it should just be touching the Master's piston when master is tightened down
No play
