Does this seem like a good re:purchase?

i dont know wtf you guys are smoking.....but if he hit that van that hard in a first get he would be in the hospital still. possibly worse.

that van is also pretty tough

I have been through several wrecks in mine and it is none the worse for wear.

LOL the van has a tapout sticker. atleast you took a crappy van off the road and not a fellow ranger. good to hear your ok. and i work in car sales. if they say they cant finance you it just means they dont wanna cus they wont make enough money. also if they say you have to pay admin fee you legaly dont have to pay anything over the advertised price. they are required to advertise everything in the price plus tax. admin and destination and all that crap is not necessary. save $$$$ lol.

Can I pm you my info, than you can pull a credit report and give me your opinion?

Matt, you have the worst luck of anybody I know. You also have the worst habit of running into things of anyone I've known since my first g/f.

If I were you I'd look for one of three things:

A first gen that is such a tank that it won't even get damaged if you hit something.

A carbed 2.0 or some other similarly underpowered vehicle that can't go fast enough to get obliterated like that.

Or a Saturn, because you just put the plunger on it and pull and all the dents come right back out (Literally, I've done it before).

On the bright side, at least you weren't killed. That looks like it was a pretty gnarly wreck.
:icon_rofl:

Ha! No kidding! Looks like this one actually held up pretty well... any first gen would have been in substantially worse shape.

should have bought it back and parted it out. the seats, passanger door and bed alone woud have made you money from buying it back. if the engine and transmission were still good that could have brought in 1000$ also there is a Subaru sign in the back ground maybe that is a sign.

Engine and tranny were ****ed. Also I wouldn't have anywhere to keep it

my truck has been totalled twice. when it was two months old it sank to the bottom of houghton lake....and i end-overed it in a multiflip that ended with a cartwheel in 3-5 feet of snow one time. two times insurance paid it off and it was bought back. (i am second owner) i rolled it again after that but it was not fully insured as i owed no money on it...(mi is a no fault state).. been hit at 20-35+ mph from the back several times and run down countless deer. slid off cliffs and various legdes forwad destroying radiators and grills etc..

if it were this low, and in that situation, i am sure i would at least be looking at many surgeries to my legs/feet/ankles

then again maybe not...
