Do mirrors from a 10th gen f150 fit a 4th gen ranger?

How do you people take a thread about swapping a side mirror and turn it into such a heated conversation? One of you was dropping language like this struck a personal nerve.

Once when I was moving I pulled a uhaul trailer down the interstate with my '83 Ranger and is started swaying and scared the crap out of me. That's the scenario where people jacknife and or roll over. I was young, dumb, and wasn't looking at tow limits and ratings. I also once moved my uncle's boat for him with my '83 Ranger, but I didn't have to get on the highway.

The concern when you start discussing something sketchy is that some kid out there might read the forum and get the idea that his fawkin Ford Ranger can tow more than it's actually capable of and not know the towing capacity of his Ranger and the weight of his load.

Know Before You Tow.

Now then, play nice, no lectures, and stick to talking about mirrors.

When I saw that I got tagged in this, I had this silly idea that it was going to be for some new tech that needed to be added to the library.

Hmmm, ok, then let’s try this.

If you have the proper mirrors while you’re towing something you should never tow in a million years, and you set them up right, you can see what a jerk you’re being.

No, wait, scratch that

If anyone has actually added tow mirrors to their Ranger would they happen to have a photo? I’m also not sure if it wouldn’t make it look stupid like putting wings on a smart car.
I'm thinking about them if I rent a trailer again. We rented a 21-or-so footer for the TRS event in October (see the Events Forum, TRS Fall Colors Campout). The Ranger had no trouble with the 4500# trailer using a Curt Echo brake controller but when going straight ahead on the highway I couldn't see behind me. Nothing to do with weight, just that the trailer was wider than my truck.

my 3.0 will strip the splines on the axles. its that powerful. :)
If I mash the gas on my 2.3 Ecobeast it breaks the tires loose at 35 mph when the boost spools up. :)
Rated to tow 7500# and I thought you've got to be kidding me, until the first time I rotated the tires and saw how big the brake rotors are.
