CCW..wow and people wonder why I don't

here, if you carry a gun, its like carrying your wallet

I dont know what job you have, but for the average civilian its illegal to cross state lines with a gun wihtout a permit.

a carry gun, yes, unless the state you are crossing into or through has reciprocity with your home state.

a cased firearm? no.

Look up "The Gun owners protection act of 1985"

I live in PA. A few years ago I just rolled into the sheriff's office, filled out the ap, they did a criminal background check on the spot, took my pic, I paid the money, and I had my permit.

I have an AK, sold the mini-14 pre-94 to buy the b2. Between my son and I we have 24 firearms> I have my CCW and my son has been open carrying for 3 years now since he turned 18. It’s legal to open carry here in CO. some people get nervous and point when we go out to dinner. But no store has asked us to leave. As for how long it took to get my CCW about 6 weeks. Our sheriff even sends you a thank you note for getting a CCW. Go Makita!!! Any domestic violence conviction means you have to give up ownership of your weapons. Guess they figure you won’t use a bat or knife. When I took the required course because I was out of the military too long the instructor made appoint that anyone can carry concealed or open but can you really pull the trigger? I hope I never have to. But! I also make holsters

Wrong... You need a gun everywhere you go. Because you never know when you're going to need it... you seem like an anti-gun type... so maybe you just don't understand the concept that the police won't be there to protect you all the time.

First off I am not gonna play hero, not always does some "just want" the money, sometimes clerks get shot cause all they had was $30. Now I have had to defend myself and use deadly force to kill once in my life, believe me I NEVER WANT TO DO IT AGAIN! But if some crack head fool endagers me or my family with a deadly weapon he will be in a pine box the next day,end of story.

But for all you people in Commiefornia I really feel for those people.
What REALLY sucks is your governor signing that new ammo law.

we prefer to call it the "PRC" (peoples repbulic of california)

and the ammo law truly sucks, thumb print and no more then 100 rounds at a time for a shot gun and 50 for a hand gun in one month along with restricting the ammount of reloading supplies you can buy at one time.
i go to the trap and skeet range and will go through 100 rounds in 4 rounds and on a usual trip one a week we shoot at least 200 to 250 shells each
gotta love the liberals

If I was living in California I would move out right away, they're all so screwed up and their laws a ridiculous...

I disagree.

I think you should have a Gun within 500 feet of you at ALL TIMES. This means in your vehicle. A pistol at least on a tactical vest in a "case".

I am not a cop, I am the militia, the minuteman.

Agreed, a Taser, stun gun and Inferno Pepper spay is a much more effective and NON LETHAL replacement. The gun has it's place, it depends on what you "got going on". ;)

So you want someone to meet deadly force with non leathal force? Pepper spray, burns for just a split sec, but with enough adrenaline you are shot, taser, about the same...
