I can see the first post on pirate now........

I predict the first answer will go something like drink bleach or F a blender.

Word of warning. Search pirate. Don't just start posting.

No post first search later and post a link here.

Dammit cdawall! Use punctuation!

But I agree. Make sure you ask all of your questions in the same thread just one after the other. The more questions the better. Oh, and tell them you don't want a star because you don't use the forum much. The other members will show you more respect for that.

I dont know why people hate run on sentences it doesnt make sence either that people hate speling mistakes eether or did you now that rockwell 2.5 tons give you enuff clearance to run 40z without other mods i heard they bolt right in is that true?

Yes. They bolt right in. You just have to use grade 5 bolts. Grade 8 is far too strong and can lead to frame weakening. Be sure you use lift blocks in front to get enough clearance, you'll need at least 22" between the top of the tire and the fender. Also for your steering make sure your drag link has at least a 45* angle.

This thread gets better by the day.

Ha, you get farther and farther from the 40 crowd as your tread wears down. :thefinger:

Actually once I fab the new frame and install the new axles, the 47's will be replaced with a set of 53's or 54's...:D

I want to know how those 47's wear I am looking at the mil 43's to use as street tires they are pretty cheap on gov liquidation. I am also curious how your 1 ton's last....especially with stock neckdown 35 spline shafts with 30 spline outers...
