Going to make my own cab corners. Just cant seem to remember trick to curving at a angle. If I cant figure it out again may have to cut a few areas to match radius. Don't have shrinker or stretcher. Have home made bender but been using thick steel and clamps and hammers. Just have rear cab corners and pass door bottom have metal bent for door. the front fender bottoms just going to fiberglass there not that bad. Have dollies and hammers. and a flange maker. But I prefer to but weld. I do have the clips to hold panel together. any Ideas on corners.

I haven't tried but if you can bend the right radius I would probably pie cut the back side on the side that needs to bend in then massage and weld as needed... only other trick I know of is heating then cooling with a wet towel but I never remember if that makes things bigger or smaller...

Depends on how big a piece you're trying to make but for really complex curves I've been doing the hammer dolly multiple pieces / weld /grind method. I've had a decent quality/effort ratio but then I don't go to many car shows..😆

I did a cab corner on mine that way but it was a pretty small patch.

Well I just bought the patch panels. Bed is taken up my life. Cut out bad area on drivers cab corner. I was expecting it to be worse than it was. Cut weld grind. Will need prepped before paint
This is where I stopped for the night. Ran out of abrasives. Waiting for pass side to show up may be a while just ordered it.
