Buy a ranger project or save for house?

Ya I hear that. kinda not wanting to do my taxes till the deadline since paying off the house last year. I have a pretty good idea of what it's going to be but still get that weired feeling of the unknown.

Buy a house unless you are doing it with a married or non married counter-part. Other wise I would say rent a damn house so you arent stuck with a giant purchase and the burden of selling it and moving.

A mortgage is a smart deal, but when it comes down to getting stuck with a house you worry about selling and making up the money you have in it, renting is a good idea. Just my 2 cents

most places around here rent for more money than you would pay to buy a house. my brother in law pays around $1800 a month to rent his house worth about $300k. im looking to buy in the near future and went through the different scenarios and for a $250,000 loan on a 30 yr fix it would run $895 with no money down. now how much sense does it make to rent?

those guys have some good advice but i;m going to have to say truck, sell everything you own, buy top for truck..move into your truck..done. House and truck. Best of both worlds. Glad I could help.

well thanks for the replies! I passed on the ranger gonna keep saving my money. unfortunately my current ranger has an engine oil leak now and axle seal leak :/
