Burning/Losing Coolant

Well i have run into a snag. I have unbolted the fuel rail, but i have no idea on how to pull it off. Also how do i disconnect the fuel lines going into the regulator. Also, one of the write ups are removing the heads says to reverse torque bolts for the upper intake, lower and heads, do i need to do this or can i just remove the bolts normally?

Here are what the fuel lines look like, sorry for the crappy pic, blackberries dont take good pics lol

4 bolts are holding the rail on, then it prys up, but be very easy with it. Don't have to mess with the lines, just temporarily tie strap the rail somewhere out of the way.

ok,I got the bolts out but it wouldn't come off, maybe i was being too gentle :icon_rofl:

Do I need to set the engine to TDC before I remove the heads?

Also, the write up in the tech library says to reverse torque the head bolts, is that necessary?
