Afterthought, I’m always screwing around, and I apologize for that, but hopefully I provided some good ideas as well. But here’s an underlying thought.

therangerstation.com is great. It’s not just about an off-road adventure, it has 100 dimensions on everything from buying one to fixing one to building one to using one to the extremes of your imagination. I realize it’s difficult to say something in 4 or 5 words, words come to my mind like “ultimate,“ or “unlimited” or “resource.”

Your Ford Ranger Adventure Begins Here!

Where Your Ford Ranger Adventure Begins!

I'm kind of like the 'Where Your Ford Ranger Adventure Begins!'

I think “Your Ford Ranger Adventures Begin Here” sounds a little better.

I think the first one reads and sounds better when spoken but the second one isn't horrible. I guess it may be more of a personal taste thing at this point and you are the boss after all.

You may not be necessarily wrong on that. I guess it depends on how you interpret "adventure".

To me, it means more than off road. Taking it to a drag strip can be considered an adventure, if you are racing with it. One or two guys are setting their trucks up to do drifting, that could be considered an adventure as well. Let's face it, with the vehicles you have made, that has been plenty of adventure with them as well. You make the adventure, and it doesn't necessarily have to be off road or camping.

Agreed. In addition, the process of working on the project truck and bringing it to fruition is an adventure. We have lots of different adventures here.

I agree with all of that. I’m just trying to spur thought and imagination, but maybe I have a practical question.

Is there someway to do a search of the whole TRS database for maybe the last 10 years to get some kind of idea on what percentages do what? I know @Jim Oaks wants to promote the site, and I think we all want to do that, and there’s nothing wrong with that. But part of marketing is researching who your client base is.

How many young folks? How many old folks? Women? How many guys just work on their trucks and drive them around? How many do custom trucks for show? Low/high budget? I know all you guys like the off-road vehicles, how many of you are there? Is anyone in the site in the marketing business, marketing management? They may know how to do a Word search to develop some of those categories. That research may lead to more on target messaging. Messaging overall, not just what’s on the tagline on the T-shirt.

I just want to make a shirt that emphasizes adventure. I'm not changing the tag line to the whole site or applying that tagline to all of the shirts.

If there were people that wanted a TRS with a different tagline I'd definitely offer it.

"So much adventure, you'll never have a dry seat again."

Please send the royalty checks to my address on file.

Seriously, just sleep on it, Jim. You'll come up with something, that checks all of the boxes for you.
