Rick, you planning to be at the September Caffeine and Octane in Kennesaw?

@DirtBronco has some parts I'd like to get, and I need to take the little camper out on a shakedown before the October trip. Kennesaw would get me in his area, and be far enough to show up any issues pulling the camper. So I might be heading up that way for the weekend.

Be a good time for me to finally check out that meet you keep talking about in here.

Sorry Rick, looks like that's going to be a bust for me again. Wasn't thinking about that being a holiday weekend. DirtBronco is going to be out of town, and all the campgrounds in the area are booked up.

No worries, I like to go every time, but in reality I only make it every second or third one, usually limited by my mobility issues

For the rest of you guys, and gals, I’m planning on it on 9/6, so please come up and join me. I try to get over there by 8 AM, and I usually park to the right of the food court as you face it, over by the Porta potties and the food trucks. When you’re my age, you’ll understand why I picked that parking spot.

If you’re coming, PM me, and I’ll give you my phone number. For anybody halfway close, it’s an easy, interesting get-together where we might be able to plan some other TRS events locally.

Although I own two four-wheel-drives, I’ve never been into the trails and such, but I’d like to learn. Someone with that experience might be a great partner. I know how to organize an event and advertise it, but I always worry about my health to actually head it up at any moment. I need some volunteers!
