Been a minute. I've still been at it. Actually drove it around the house.

powersteering pump. Do buy a cheap (or good) pair of digital calipers. This not cheap pulley refused to install. Took it to work, pressed it off. Measured. The pulley bore was more than .003 smaller. I'd never got it on. Not before I wasted 8 hrs. Then the Teflon seal on the pressure side was ruined. I've got an actual mountain of stuff coming in.

I do have an annoying no start situation going on. It worked when It was parked. Jumping across the relay starts it instantly. Haven't chewed into it yet. The ignition switch is very worn. Looking to replace it.

Broken emergency brake cable. Doing the brakes anyway. Did pull the pedal assembly to check its function. Glad that cable wasn't broken.

I fabled sliders and perches to level the bed and not ruin the suspension action. They do not make a commercial slider over 2 3/4 wide. These are 3". I'll bolt everything. Allows me to remove the stock shackles and perches without destroying them they can be bolted right back on. This was test fit before I weld everything out. I went vinyl over carpet. It's 100 today.

This truck will ultimately end up with a 4.6 in it. I dont think i ever mentioned that. L I did shocks today. Pressure side powersteering hose. Filled the new pump. Front-end is % it's on the ground for now.
