anybody got 35s on a gen 4 with a 3 inch body lift? do the tires fit?

wheel bearing

Cool I didn't think they where going to wear that fast,
I real like the deep 10X15 wheel now to get the wife to let me spend
about 3000 to fix her all up is another story
1650 lift kit
1200 Tires and wheels
Getting front end realined
and have my buddy make me up new front drive shaft

How do you like the superlift kit?
I see everyone who has one just about also does a body lift also
is that just to get more heightfor bigger tiressay 35's

I've got 40k on 35's with 15x10 w/ 4" bs....ontop of that, those went on the truck at 70k or so. My wheel bearings are tight, don't growl, and i'm only just thinking about replacing them for good measure since I scored a set of used oem ones with 20k on 'em. You won't hardly notice any accelerated wear on the bearings.

Tons of folks run 15x10's on their trucks without excessive wear issues at all. If anything, wheel bearings wear so minimally more than 15x8's, that you won't notice much of a difference in terms of 'time'. Tie Rods....that's another story.

You just gotta find yourself a girl that encourages your sickness in these little trucks!!

Yeah...quite a bit are double lifted(suspension lift + bodylift). There's people that have just the Superlift. I did both because well....I had a friend that got a truck alot like mine and he dumped almost 4k on a 5" RCD, 3" body, and 315/75's. Biggest ranger in town. lol. Before I met him, I bought myself a used 4" superlift kit. Held onto it because I just wanted to solid it from the start. Tried to sell the kit to a friend of my buddy's, he didn't buy it so he ended up buying new. I ended up helping on the install. Now the pictures of a red double lifted '98 and a double lifted silver '01(both on 35's) and then theres me....1" bodylift and 32's. needless to say, I got sick of being little(yet bigger than most). So...ordered up the bodylift, threw it and 35's on, then on went the superlift as soon as my rear lift stuff got here(shackles and AAL).

The kit is the best one on the market in my honest opinion. It has NO faults other than sway bar end links that go to crap too fast. Poor design. Both RCD and Superlift have the front drive shaft issue which is to be expected when you drop the diff down 4" and bind that rear front shaft joint. Don't get me started on the downfalls of a RCD. Only thing good about 'em to me, is those coil-overs. My next project is to coil-over my Superlift. Because torsion bars suck.

Lol post the pics of those three trucks again just for giggles. itll give guys an idea of what they look like. i know there was a thread about ya'll taking a ride one day but hell if i can find it..

yeah i fixed that front drive shaft problem on my truck.. i got a transfer case out of a older ranger and swapped mine out (i grenaded it) now i have a double cardan front shaft and spent a total sum hehe free of my boss bought it for me. same thing as superlifts 500 dollar shaft.. now i just need the rest of the lift kit. and it shouldnt be hard to rig up a coil-over system on a superlift
