Aces Killshot Fusion EFI Swap

I was playing with the fuel table and shut the truck off for a bit. Went to restart and it started and died right away... and I lost everything. Like everything down to the dome light. All my added on stuff runs off a relay ran by the key power that originally went to the factory coil so without the original truck harness functioning I have absolutely nothing.

So I close out the aces program and pull up my scanned EVTM, eventually come across this:

Aces Killshot Fusion EFI Swap

I cut it out and jumped it and I got lights back.

I just deleted the connector to get the thing back inside before the rain got worse.

So yeah, most of the night was spent on a wire chase.
Did tha melt? Or did it just get accidentally crushed at some point?

Its been hot at some point. It was cool by the time I found it but it took me awhile to get there. It lives behind the cruise servo so I don't really see it often either.

It doesn't instill a lot of confidence in the fuseable link however...

It depends on the size of the fusible link. This connector may have had a loose connection and just barely heating up slowly - more current than ir could handle in that state, but less than the fusible link. I would check to see if there is a fuse for this circuit. Also re-examine what's on this circuit. Make sure you haven't added load beyond what it was designed for.

No fuse, it never has. Straight to the starter relay with a fuseable link right there.

I decided last night it needs a fuse lol

I just spliced it, ran into the garage as it was trying to rain and unhooked the battery for the night.
