I haven't been here for very long, but it seems as though more and more people are buying Ford Rangers, especially the older ones 2011-1983, and joining this site. Or is it just me?

At least on here, it seems to be an older crowd. It might be the format. The facebook group seems to have a younger crowd. When I was on the the Ford Ranger Forum, they tended to be a younger crowd as well but it's been years since I've been on there. So, it is possible the average age has shifted.

I thought he was referring to people in general buying older Rangers. But we seem to have a pretty decent influx of members here.

Are more people becoming members?

I haven't looked at the numbers to compare. I'm not even sure If I can outside of seeing a total number. That may be an Admin question or one for @Jim Oaks to answer.

Who are you calling old! :o

For every person buying an older Ranger someone else is selling an older Ranger...

and not every person buying a Ranger is a new Ranger owner, just like not everyone selling a Ranger becomes a former Ranger owner.

Kinda like the last drawer you look in is where you find the damn tool!
I don't always find it in the last drawer I looked in, but I usually find it in the last place I looked. Sometimes it wasn't the first time I looked in that last place and I probably checked that drawer a couple of times in the hunt too.

I usually find the tool I'm looking for after
forgetting what I'm looking for & having to stop+think about it,
then not seeing it in plain sight in the place that its normally kept,
then looking everywhere else for 10minutes,
then getting disctracted with something else for 10minutes,
then realizing I still need that same tool,
then finally finding the tool right in the spot that its normally kept.
