CHERRY BOMBS I haven't seen those in years. lol I wonder what they sound like under a V6.

Its no V-8, but it did tone it down a lot, plus it was less that 30 bucks.

I had a cherry bomb on my 3.0 and I really liked the sound, but you're right, its no V-8 sound...

I like it. So, I got a question for you. Do you know if the axle shafts in a rear Dana 60 are the same length? the reason I ask is because, I broke 3 of the 8 bolts that hold the driver side axle shaft to my hub. the other 5 were loose. I was thinking MAYBE but not likely I mixed them up when I changed my gears. That causing the shaft to jam into the carrier and in return causing the bolts to loosen and break.:icon_confused:

I know my rear dana 60 has the same length shafts on both sides. My rear is from a 79-78 f250.

The bolts might of broke if they were loose, since u have the rear locked it puts a lot of stress on both shafts now.

Cherry bombs have always been my favorite on a V-8, it does have a decent tone on a 3.0
