95 to 03 3.0 Engine Swap Compatability Help

Does anyone know what has to be done to swap an an 03 motor into a 95? Do I have to strip everything down to the block or are some things compatible— i.e. intake, valve covers, oil pan, accessories?
My motor just froze and I need to get back on the road asap! Please Help!

Most of the engine dressing can stay. Sensors and such will need swapped.

I wouldn't reuse the intake on the blown engine. It leaves open the possibility or introducing metal fragments to the new engine which will blow that one up.
