93 Splash in SC, V8-Swap version

Decided to work on the instrument cluster/screen thingy. I was originally going to design a piece to be 3D printed that would hold the screen, it's remote USB ports and my OBD II port. But it was difficult to get accurate measurements for the mounting points. I might still do that one day. But, I remembered that I had this aluminum/plastic/aluminum sandwich material that worked so well for my custom visors. So, I made the mounting plate out of that. It's not petfect. But it's a good, snug fit and will look good with the trim bezel put back in place. Warning; NOTHING is symmetrical about this space and the way the gauge cluster mounts. Do not assume symmetry anywhere.

After the rain, I went back out and worked on removing obsolete wiring. I got the rest of the transfer case controller wiring removed. Also started removing the RABS module. There's not a lot to remove and I'm not pulling the dash for complete access. So, some dead-end wires will remain in place. But I want to get as much out as possible to clean things up. A few things may get re-purposed. Plus, I need to sort out the gauge cluster wiring and prepare whatever will be re-used with the digital dash package.

More wiring cleanup today. RABS is removed. All the gauge cluster wires are cut away from their connectors and labeled for easy identification. Some extra wires are pulled out of the harness. But I want to get them free all the way back to the firewall connector if possible. I believe the engine is electrically disconnected from everything.

Could somebody tell me how the clutch pedal is attached to the shaft? I'd like to remove it without pulling the whole bracket out. And without resorting to the sawzall, though that would be quick.

Present view of the interior carnage.

I wanna say I've seen a post talking about adding a clutch pedal, and it involved taking the shaft out of the bracket. May or may not be enough room to that under the dash.
