You have a few options…
The front piece could be cut out of a junkyard truck and welded into yours. That would provide a factory look.
You could make or have made something custom.
Most off-road bumpers integrate tow points.
Or the other option is a front hitch. I think most people end up buying a “universal” hitch and making it work, not sure there is anything specific for the front of a Ranger currently but it’s been awhile since I looked. The problem is they hang down below the bumper typically so a lot of people don’t like that.
I’m actually planning on building a custom hitch for my one Ranger that puts the hitch through the hole in the middle of a factory bumper. Obviously tidy appearance is part of why, but the other reasons are the truck is lowered (yes, I know, sounds weird but bear with me), able to plug my mobile mount winch in, and gives the ability to move small trailers in tight places. I did a front hitch on my F-150 years ago. Had to manouver a trailer mounted man lift in between two houses and part of a fence and having it on the back of the truck. Flipped around and “drove” it where it needed to be. Having the steering tires closer to the hitch and being able to see where you’re threading the needle is a game changer. I probably won’t be doing a lot of that sort of thing with my lowered Ranger, but I like the idea of having it because all of my trucks get worked.
