I have a 2150 carb. What would cause the fuel bowl to fill and spill out the vent? Was working recently, now it’s possessed

The port supplying the bowl is governed by a needle attached to a float. If you haven't had it apart and it just started flooding on its own I would think there is an obstruction keeping the needle from seating when the float reaches its set level, or your float has a hole in it, or has detached from its anchor. Are you running the stock fuel pump? An electric pump can supply excessive pressure forcing fuel past the needle and seat.

Though the motorcraft carbs easily handle more pressure than some other carbs.

I agree, unscrew the top cover of the carb and lift it straight up to see if anything is between the needle and seat. You might have to unhook the arm to the choke flap, too

Is this a feedback 2150?

Im not real familiar with the feedback ones but isnt there some sort of solenoid on the carb that can cause this too?

The needle valve maybe shot, or the float could be bad (as in, full of fuel and no longer floating)

And could be the float.............no longer "floats"
