Have you put weight on it, moved it around, and let the suspension settle?
You went 6.5 and thinking you should have used 5" for stock height and 31s IIRC? Wonder what I'll need for 5" lift kit and 33s. Sounds like I might have to reach out to this Kartek place when the time comes. Part of why I want to do the lift and dial in ride height with the bars first.
