Are you close to binding it at full droop? The high misalignment spacer uses a smaller shank but gives you more room to move. I love them on my ORIs because it eliminated binding at full droop on my suspension

From what I can tell with the jack, I'm not in danger of a bind anywhere. The closest point is at the top with the upper mount, but it looks like I have ~2mm of clearance at full droop. The only concern I'm currently having is my lack of limit straps, but, eh. Not an offroad rig.

For you lower and upper coil over mounting bolts, get ones that are too long and actually put the smooth shank though the tab holes. Then trim the extra threads off. That way the threads are not supporting weight and digging into the tab. You may need add a washer or two to fine tune where the nut sits without running out of thread on the bolt.

I had considered getting hitch pin stock and making my own through pins at this point. Had the same thoughts about the threads digging in go through my head.

Pins would be a bad idea, better off with bolts, you don't want to have the jarring of even the little bit of play a pin would have, you want everything tight.

Or just buy the correct size shoulder bolt and it’ll fit.

McMaster has a pretty much unlimited shoulder bolt selection. If you filter by 100,000 psi or greater tensile strength you have over 1200 options.
