While looking through the internet for some parts for my 2.9 liter I came upon a web site that has some parts for the v6 http://www.moranav6racing.com/category.html?CategoryID=38

Has any one purchased some of the parts off of here or built an engine with these parts. Also has any one done the 2.9- 3.5 stroker conversion that they offer?

Im thinking that when I build my 2.9 thats on the stand right now I may use some of these parts

Buying the Morena stroker kit to increase the displacement of a 2.9 instead of simply installing a complete 4.0 is an act of madness....

you can likely buy a complete clean 4.0 truck for considerably less than that 3.5 stroker kit...

If I recall correctly the complete Morena stroker kit installed will wind up costing you on the ugly side of $3500....

For $3500 I can swap in a killer v8 which will stomp all over a 3.5liter Stroked 2.9-V6
even if you have an ocean of Nitrous to feed that V6....

Good lord the pricing!! :icon_surprised:

How does that place stay open? Even one sucker per year wouldn't keep the lights on...

Some people are like that. When I had my Pinto, I was in the process of building out the stock 2.0, still have a rare dual side draught manifold for it (old stock). They just sound badass with a 3/4 cam and no fab work required. 72 was not an easy year to cram a 6 or 8 into. There are videos on YouTube of English rally racers with 2.0 variants that lope like a built big block. Impressive power numbers too, for such a small 4.

As to the 2.9...idk. lol
