Hey Ranger Station, picked up a new truck a while back and have decided to start a build thread on here to sort of document my changes over time. I started with a 94 extended cab, 4.0 liter, 5-speed ranger and have already done a few things to it but nothing major. I hope to be lifting it after a while and making it into an ultimate expedition truck.

A few days after bringing it home and putting in a cb:

Next to go on is add-a-leafs in the back and new stock height Moog coils up front so I can fit these on:

That looks like a very well taken care of truck! Welcome to the forums.

Hey that is what the Rat started out as. Nice looking truck. Now take a bat to it and you have the Rat. Whatcha gonna do with the deer hoofs? The Rat came with 3.27 diffs and I am fine with stock height and 235 75 15s.

After SAS 8" lift and 33 super swampers. there is not a body lift on it the bumper is just lowered due to stupid illinois laws.

Truck looks good!! Any pic of how u did the suspension.

Here it is finally with 4 wheel drive working again. The rear axle is out of a 2001 explorer with a Detroit Tru-Trac and 4.56 Yukon gears, front is a 74 bronco dana 44 with disc brake conversion, Yukon Grizzly locker, and motive 4.56 gears. almost brand new 35" bfg KM2's for suspension i did skyjacker 6" leaves with stock block out back and up front bronco graveyard 5" early bronco springs, custom panhard bar mount and very custom and soon to change steering setup which I adapted some parts from a ranger and some from a bronco. I took it out yesterday(the rain washed most of the mud off already) and it is a beast. hopefully Ill get to wheel it a little bit more before I leave for basic.
