1989 Leaf Spring Codes

I have a 1989 Ford Ranger that is now in need of leaf springs. I have the ford part number which of course is no longer available anywhere. And all the after market replacements Dorman, Husky, Dayton all rate the springs by the number of leaves and the capacity. All of the decoders I have found say its is a 5560 spring which is no help. My spring code is F, anyone know the capacity of that? Ford says that year E, F, and G were the codes. Ford Part Number E9TZ5560E.

From this link I am gathering its a 4 leaf spring. 3 curved and one flat one on the bottom?

I would assume you have the higher rated 4 leaf spring if your letter is inbetween the other letter designations.
