Which fuel pump is the check valve in? Mine is bad, but I just replaced the in-tank pump.

The check valve is in the high-pressure pump, mounted on the framerail between the fuel reservoir and the fuel filter.
 
No, on the dual pump systems the check valve is in the fuel reservoir between the pumps.
