1985 Ford Ranger EXTREME audio build

Wow!! That is probably pretty badass for setting car alarms off in the parking lots.

Thats how we tested our systems in 93/94. Go throuth the mall parking lot and see how many car alarms went off when the lows hit.

I had four 12" rf series 1 in a 65 mustang and the same in an 85 f150 extended cab. Both had mids and tweets set up with nice punch amps and big 200w eqs for the mids and highs.

But when the bass hit, you could see all the cans on cars around mine dance off the hoods

Ugh nowadays new cars dont use those vibration sensors to trip the alarm, it only trips if car is locked and door trigger is tripped. Except for the foreigns like BMW and audi. Ive only set off one car alarm and im pretty sure it was those aftermarket alarms.
In my personal ride im running two fi audio HC 12s on a 8kW amp @ .5ohm final. Metered 150.25dB @30hz
Nowadays we just rely on the SPL meter
