Could be a few reasons
Faulty injector on drivers side of V6
Leaking lower intake on drivers side
Exhaust manifold leak on drivers side
Older or loose O2 sensor misreading oxygen in exhaust on drivers side
You can use a smaller hose to listen to fuel injectors while engine is idling, steady tick, tick, tick is what you should hear from all 3
You can disable coil pack, unplug 4 wire connector
Then crank engine over 3 or 4 times
Then pull out all 3 spark plugs on drivers side and make sure all 3 are equally WET with fuel
Put some soapy water in a spray bottle
Warm up the engine and let it idle
Spray the soapy water on the lower intake and see if engine starts to misfire
Let warm engine idle and have some one put their gloved hand over the tailpipe, blocking flow while you listen at the engine for exhaust leak, it gets louder.
If you don't know the age of the O2 sensors replace BOTH upstream sensors, they are good for 150k unless engine was running rich or burning oil or coolant, that shortens their life
