I just installed a pair of new Duralast lower ball joints in my 99 Ford Ranger, and after the reinstall of the steering knuckle, the darn rubber boots (on both side) won't seem to stay seated and keep slipping off. Anybody else ever deal with this problem?

I do know that the Moogs I used had a steel wire or ring inside the rubber that was there to insure a tight seal. I had one to come unsealed and could not get it back on again. I destroyed the rubber trying to get in back on. I actually removed the seal when trying to put the new joint on and found out quickly that I had screwed up bad. Had to buy another.
