Maybe a little off topic, but i've had a few problems with the transfer case locking in. I have the button on the dash. When i push the button nothing happens except for the sound of a relay clicking on and then off.

I haven't really looked much into it yet, but it's November and i may need to use the 4WD soon.

What i was wondering is if anyone else has had this problem, and if so, where you may have looked first when solving the problem?

Thanks Guys!

i have the auto hubs.

i suppose i should clarify a little more, the light on the dash does not change and the front driveshaft does not engage.

i can crawl under the truck and turn the driveshaft manually and the hubs lock, so i am fairly certain the hubs are working fine.

i was more curious as to whether or not i would be the actuator motor or the control box for the motor?

Yeah, they are the factory auto hubs. Who makes aftermarket automatic hubs for our front end?

I'll take the motor off soon and see what is happening.

Is that an offer to sell your shift motor? if so i'm sure we can make a deal...
