you want a difficult weld? Try fillet welding around inside corners on 16ga. sheet with TIG. Kind of like an L with a little leg about half the height of the other... two 90 degree bends; first leg is 6" second is 3" and the third is 1.5". Thats frickin difficult!

pretty much done

Front shot of cart/stand completed with box on it. I got the the chop saw, and floor jack in the bottom. Found a cap for an oxy or acetylene tank in a parking lot, used that to keep the jack handle close by.

The end where my creeper hangs.

The other end, got the jack stands hanging on this side, I'm planning on adding a rack of some sort to hold a couple spools of wire on this end as well.

All I really need to do to it is finish cleaning/sanding it and slap a coat of glossy black rustolium on it. I do have two more projects up my sleeve, as the get rolling I will start new threads with lots o pics! :icon_welder: :icon_hornsup:

Thank you! It was a lot of fun to put together! Seems the more I mess with the welder and trying different settings and "torch" angles the better it gets, and the more fun I have. Did a little "arts and crafts" project over the weekend, look for the planter thread to check it out!
