v8 swaps are nice, and some window stickers are cool

RUST? You're obviously not in the rust belt. They're rusty brand new in the showroom around these parts.

Nooo, 289 and stock 302 are pointless. Now 454s and what not are fun in such a small truck

Small block all the way for a motor swap! Much more sense for the street or a DD. Cheap and easy to do. Full size are pointless for most people that really don't haul anything anyway and not all that fast. How many of you have ever driven anything weighing 3500 lbs with over 350+ hp? Should be a limit on sanity.

It looks like crap and your better off to just get a lift. (not a body lift!!!)
Well obviously if you don't know how to work a cutting tool well (and just leave everything unfinished). lol

And agreed, V8s have their place, but certainly they get pushed onto people far more than is needed.

Rainguards and Line-X are my two favorite mods.

Exhaust, mp3 port, outlandish tires on cheap 16's and a receiver hitch are on my must have before I even want to drive it list.

Best mods... Any mod you do that you think makes it look or perform better.
Worst mods... Those mods the other guys do that you wish you could afford or did to yours first.

Well I have seen some pretty ridiculous things done to vehicles over the years. So like I said any mod that you like is good. Just try not to make the vehicle unsafe in the process.

obviously you have never done serious wheeling and been on a budget. most of us prefer to do our own work, even if we had a bottomless wallet. we also don't want our vehicle to blend in with the 7 million others on the road. the mods you seem to like are perfect for any mall crawler! you can go to any used car lot and buy a truck that has already had those mods done so they can sell the POS they bought at a towing auction.
just my $.02, have fun at the mall!

Any vehicle that is approached with a sticker should automaticaly blow up and commit suicide before it gets a lame label stuck on it.

Worst mod ever for an RBV...
Cab/ clearance lights!

Dumbest looking thing ever.

Although, a lighted moon visor w/ flush mounted lights, is ok.

Best mod ever for an RBV...
Saginaw pump swap!

I can turn 38"s, while parked, on asphalt, with my pinky, with no noise.
