surgery went well, the doc even sewed up my big belly hernia.
recovery, it's been an issue.
I don't tolerate pain meds well so felt poorly the 2nd and 3rd day.
sleeping in a recliner all night ain't no fun, especially since I was also in it all day.
for those that don't know what the consequences of removing a prostrate are, it involves a tube & bag the first week then a dripping faucet for the next 4-6 months.
let the diaper jokes commence

ice isn't the kind of bag I'm stuck with, for now.Hope it all goes well and you don't have to sit on that bag of ice for too many days

I have NOT peed my pants in the last 6 months.
I did shart myself a few weeks ago though.. usually happens once a year.

I suppose that’s better than sharting someone else.
My Dad had this surgery done a few years back due to cancer. My Grandfather had it too, so I’m sure my time will come.
