I have my 2.3 block on the engine stand, ready for reassembly.I know the stock bore is 3.780, I also have a repair manual that calls out stock bore as 3.7795-- 3.7810. my current bore measured out at 3.775,I am needing input if I can go back with standard rings on my original pistons?

If you have cleaned the cylinder walls, you should measure again. I doubt the diameter decreased below the lower limit or tolerance number.

Either way, unless you bore the cylinder over-size, the standard .010" or more, you would still use standard size rings.

It would be a 'good thing' to check the ring end gap of the two compression rings as you fit them to each cylinder. FoMoCo may specify a tolerance, but there is a formula for usable end-gap based on cylinder diameter.

Wiseco makes pistons, so should have a good handle on the measurement and spec:

Metric vs. Standard...

Also, what are you measuring WITH, and where are you measuring?
If you are using a standard Dial Micrometer, it is difficult to get a good reading on a used block due to the ring ridge.

If you are still undecided, put standard rings in. The piston crowns(top) would be stamped with numbers indicating if over-size pistons & rings had been installed.(such as 010 or 0202 or even 030 indicating a .010" overbore, etc).
