FINDING* Not funding .. I've got the funding part ...

Hey guys, new to the forum here and older Fords in general. I recently acquired a new project that came with a new wife a year ago. I'm trying to sort out her project truck's a/c system (factory air if I'm not mistaken, all the these components look like what's in the FSM). The PO of this truck removed the a/c compressor and all the fittings attached to it. So all that's there where the compressor is supposed to be is an empty rubber hose coming off the drier and the hard line coming off of the condenser.

Normally this isn't a problem as I'd search, find the parts and get it all back together, but for the life if me I can't find these hoses or fittings (discharge hose, discharge manual valve, high pressure service valve, suction manual valve and the auction hose, hardline section). Am I missing something here? Forgive my ignorance, I've been searching these forums, parts houses, salvage yards etc. And I'm stumped. It seems like there's parts available for the surrounding years, but a big hole where this 81 lies. It's an F100 Ranger with a 5.0.

Can anybody point my in the right direction?

It will probably be the same as a F-150 with the same engine.

LMC Truck have anything?

Push comes to shove you can get bulk hose and fittings and make your own.

Your Ranger is just the "Ranger" appearance package on a F-100, my dad had a F-350 Ranger. They quit doing that when the regular compact "Ranger" came out in '83.
