I am looking for a Borg Warner 1354 manual transfer case. If any one is selling one for a fair price let me know. Thanks.

I got one I'll give you for free. That's the one with the front slip yoke, correct?

Shipping would kill you though

I didn't ask for your life story, just answer the question!
The one with the front slip yoke is a 13-50.

A 13-54 has a fixed flange (either u-joint or cv-joint style, depending on the year) and the slip joint is in the driveshaft.

Yes i think so. I will need it cause gathering parts for a Dana 30 SAS and I'm missing the transfer case. I'm planning on running the stock 4x4 front drive shaft.

What are you trying to gain by swapping in a Dana 30? It's not a very strong axle..

Yes i know, unfortunately its what i can afford at the moment. It's also for me to learn about the SAS. Also my truck is only a 2.3 and im not planning on doing extreme rock crawling or stuff like that. I will eventually upgrade to a Dana 44 but thats not until i have better engine that can actually back it up on the trail. This is all for learning purposes for me and like i said i will only be doing mild trails to begin.

Its plenty strong when the engine doesn't have enough power to break anything.

Id spend money elsewhere...flexy lift for the TTB,good tires,lockers...etc.

That was until I saw your truck was 2wd.

Yeah it is 2wd. I already have the tailhousing to make my 5speed able to adapt a transfer case. I might get a 1354 from another TRS member but i cant remember his username, same that is hooking me up with the tail housing and main shaft.

True. Just seems like a waste of time and money to me.. To do the same job twice, even if it is to learn how to do it. I'd rather just buy a D44 and/or spend money on getting a bigger motor or whatever the plan is.
