Hey everyone
Alright, here is my problem. I know some will tell me to go another direction but im going with what I've got. Im looking to do a 2wd 351W conversion. My big problem is I see lots of 302's and they talk about clearance issues, even more clearance issues with the 351. I have a complete truck for parts and was wondering; Will my 351W mated to a C6 work or will I have to fab most of my project (firewall, crossmembers, etc) or change my tranny all together?? My parts truck is a 1980 F-150. This will be my first conversion. Im still debating on a body style (Lots of access to early 90's rangers). Any one have any suggestions? I've already read the thread on the conversion as well as looked into Advance Adaptors for mounts and exhaust. Im open to suggestions Thanks
