I am not sure on 'that' PA part number but I did a bl to 3 Rangers....83, 93 and a 99 as well as my 89 BII I used the PA bl and all my parts were included. I did not have to buy anything else. I do think that I used some of my bolts in a couple of areas, but can't really remember.

the body lift on the rangers allows for multiple things, its gives the much needed clearance around the transmission area for when ur trans has to come out(not if, but when).

personally, i think u cant beat 3" of lift for 100 and change, esp when u need just that little bit more of room, ive run a body lift on almost all of my trucks, and imma run one on my future rangers aswell

most bushings change out pretty easily. the very front 2 will be the hardest and they tend to rust up there pretty fast. might have to drill them out, but not a big deal. a few days before you do the lift and bushings, start going around and spraying each of the body bolts with PB Blaster, WD-40, or something similar. doing that twice a day for 3-4 days in advance will make them come apart much easier.
you, your dad, and a buddy or 2 should have it done in a day really. not that bad a mod to do, imho.
