The tread pattern looks similar to the Wildcountry XTX tires I had on my Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 several years ago, they did pretty well, so I'd expect the Dynapros to do pretty well on a slightly smaller size truck. That's a good all terrain basic tire that should be on a 4x4 pickup in the first place, not all season passenger car tires LOL.
Not a new vehicle by any means, but I got a cheap set of Starfire all season tires for my Bronco 2, at about 20k they're already worn down to the wear bars, and that's with highway driving, not impressed...too bad tire makers just don't make tires the right size for these old vehicles anymore...can't find anything other than cheap all seasons for my Bronco 2 and my Ranger. I'm not sure if I should or could go up to a 235/75-R15 on the Bronco 2, at least it would allow me to get some all terrain rubber on it. The Ranger has 225/70-R14's on it which seem to fit fine, but they're some sort of non-studded winter rated tire so they're wearing pretty fast.
