this is a great read about how the cummins came to be in the dodge....
here is a quote that interested me...remember this is the early 80's
the relatives are basic to any body that wants to swap a powertrain.
i for one cringe about the ignorance ford had shown in this...horrible judgement....but what to expect from guys that came up with the montego and granada...they rolled on through the 80's and come up with the modular program too yaaaaay.
its worth the read if you like to swap powertrains, which i assume is why a guy would sniff around in here.
