I have a 97 4wd ranger & I wanna add a cheap lift. I heard that grand Cherokees have a 2in coil spring. I was wondering of you could use them or not. :)

Not stiff enough. I put 4" XJ coils in my 91 ranger once....backed it out of the shop and the truck sat on the bump stops.

The F-150 spacers will work fine in your truck. You will need an alignment afterwards though.
