Ford Ranger engines and where to buy them?

I know there is a place in NJ right outside Philly that sells rebuilt engines for around $2600. The forum site I first read about them on is no longer online. Does anyone know the name of the place or Anywhere in the PA, NJ, DE area that sells engines at a reasonable price? There should be a comprehensive list by state of places to buy motors.

You can buy rebuilt engines locally right from O'Reillys and AdvanceAutoParts.

Assuming you have a 1998 Ranger, I think others could help you better if you said what size engine and how many miles on the vehicle. If you need a long or short block.

Since you have a standard transmission, I would certainly do a full clutch/slave cyl replacement.

Are you thinking of Jasper? They only warranty their engines if installed by a certified installer; my local mechanic says he's not a fan, for what it's worth. He recommended Chuck's Auto Salvage in Douglassvile, PA but those aren't reman, just carefully-graded salvage.
