There was the switch from PVH locking hubs to live spindles mid-year '00.
I also seem to recall something about the brakes were upgraded around '03 maybe? Maybe someone else can confirm that one...

I don't think the brake thing affects the lift, however the '98-'00 PVH knuckles do have some differences that probably won't matter if you either do a manual hub swap, or you have live spindles on your truck (if this is for your '07, it'll have the live spindles as stock).

Larger disc brake in ’03.
Some of the kits, which one I do not know, have built in provisions for larger rotors and will allow the upgrade to the larger OD.

Not sure but has to be in the Knuckles, must be two mounting locations on some of the kits.

Contact SuperLift directly.

Sorry can’t say anything more than I have without getting you in trouble.

Good Luck in finding the info, it has to be out there somewhere.
Maybe someone else will pick up on the posts and help out !

As far as I've found out the newer knuckles are predrilled in 2 spots for difference sized rotors, which looks like the lift I'm looking at has the knuckles like that, I'm not sure what's in the hardware bag they added into recent kits is tho, but I guess ill hope for the best?

My credo
"220, 221, whatever it takes."
Ford went to a larger balljoint in 2001 so the knuckles will be different. Also a larger brake rotor at that time but I don't think that or the hubs make any difference. It is the ball joints.
