Dana 50ttb lift question?

Okay so i have an 89 f250 frame with dana 50ttb that im puting my ranger body on. So how much lift can i push on the dana 50 ttb before i have to get drop axle brackets? I have been told that just puting the ranger body on the f250 frame is like having 5" lift on a 1st gen ranger. but i want squeeze a bit little more lift out of the f250 suspension. but im also doing a 3" body lift for the motor to fit. So how much lift can i push on the dana 50ttb before getin drop axle brackets?

You can probally add one extra leaf up front. Anything more than an inch or so and you will need drop brackets.

I'd assume it's about the same as the RBV's TTB, which is something on the bottom side of 2" before you need drop brackets.

My credo
it is easier to fix and understand than "her"
no its not the same. to a point 2 inch is unreasonable

its leaf, and has a different pivot ratio because of that.

adding a leaf is bad...those stock stiff bastards are horrible.

with a softer rate for travel, going up a few inches would possibly be spookey but better off road.
