Im in the process of gathering all my parts for the front axle swap. Ive opted to beef up a dana 30 out of a Jeep ZJ for a few reasons, it has about the same width as the ranger axle and same wheel bolt pattern. I wanted to keep this swap as simple as possible without having to do other modifications(ie: narrowing, buying wheel spacers, ect). Now Ive come to the point of the swap where Im looking in to lift suspension parts. Im currently running an AAL and chevy shackles in the rear on the stock block. That puts me at about 4-5inch lift in the rear. I have the dana 35 in the front with the RCD(coilover, torsion bar delete)/Superlift lift(lift brackets) all sitting on 35inch tires. Also want to add that the truck has a 5.0 V8 swap so to help better determine what kind of weight ive got in the front end. Im planning on running coil springs in the front as opposed to leaf springs. Now, what would be my best route to take to get this dana 30 solid axle at a lift of about 4-5 inches?? Thanks for the help
