Hey whats up? I got done doing a 3"cut and turn on my 1991 dana 35. It all worked out great. Truck has 8" skyjacker coils and a 1 inch spacer under the spring...and it aligned with no trouble using a 4" drop bracket. My question is the front right side shaft that goes from the differential to the hub....how much inward/outward free play should that have. Mine moves what seems alot but i cant remember if thast he way it was originally....any help or insight would be appreciated guys!!

I'd be interested in seeing some pics too, especially the jig you used to turn the beams.
I'll be trying a cut/turn also after I SAS my ranger, I'm going to do a cut/turn on the d35 and put it in my dad's B2.

sorry gents....i havent been back here in a while...my thumbdrive i missing and i had all the pics on there. I will get it back and then post away. Its actually pretty simple. Just scarey never having played around with 4x4' before. But once it was done...it was pretty easy! I did a 3" cut and turn. worked out great. Again, i will have to find the thumbdrive!!!
