It's supposed to be $2 per year in addition to the regular cost of the plates, according to the Colorado DMV web site. Boris look!! Is moose and squirrel!!one of the best plate's seene was a nh conservation tag (which has a picture of a moose on it). The plate read "+sqrl" i'll give you a hint: Think old cartoons.
