I was wondering how hard it is to swap the buckets out of a 98 Ranger for a 60-40 bench. What all would I have to do on regards to the tracks? Would I have to get new tracks from a ranger with the bench? Thanks ya'll

the "split bench" is really abucket seats with a large "overhang" on the drivers seat.

the split bench in earlier trucks use the bucket seat tracks.

I don't know for sure on the '98-up trucks but I doubt that ford changed their philosphy of seat mounting, so it's highly likely the split bench will use the same tracks you already have.

BTW, in most cases you only have to change the drivers side seat because the passenger side of the 60/40 split bewnch seat is still a more or less a conventional bucket seat.
