98 4.0 OHV difference to 98+ OHV

Hey I was wondering what is the difference to the older 4.0s to the 2nd gen OHV. I was going to buy a supercharger for my 99 OHV but unsure if there is a difference on the intakes like EGR valve and all that. Would it be a direct bolt on or will I have to fab parts to make it work?

1995 and up all had EGR valve so intakes would be the same thru 2000
1990-1994 4.0l OHV sold in Calif also had them, other states and Canada did not in those years
